• GENERELT
Personoplysninger er informationer, der fortæller om og kan knyttes til dig som ansat, jobsøgende eller virksomhed. Hvis du bruger vores hjemmeside eller platform, indsamler og behandler vi denne type informationer. Det sker når du opsøger vores informationer på hjemmesiden, hvis du søger job eller registrer en virksomhed.
Den type information som vi indsamler er typisk – cvr og tekniske oplysninger om din computer, tablet eller mobiltelefon, dit IP-nummer samt geografisk placering. I det omfang du selv giver samtykke hertil og selv indtaster informationerne behandles desuden: Navn, telefonnummer, e-mail, adresse, bankoplysninger m.m. Det vil typisk være i forbindelse med oprettelse af login enten som kunde eller jobsøgende.
• SIKKERHED
Vi har tekniske foranstaltninger mod, at dine oplysninger misbruges eller behandles i strid med gældende lov.
• FORMÅL MED INDSAMLING
Oplysningerne bruges til at yde dig en service som ansat eller kunde. Generelt kan du stole på, at vi anvender alle oplysninger for at gøre din oplevelse så god og personlig som mulig, hver gang du er i enten digital eller personlig kontakt med Din Tjener Gruppen ApS
Oplysningerne opbevares i det tidsrum, der er tilladt i henhold til lovgivningen, og vi sletter dem, når de ikke længere er nødvendige. Det vil sige ved ansættelses stop eller kunde stop slettes oplysningerne senest 4 uger efter.
• VIDEREGIVELSE AF OPLYSNINGER
Vi benytter herudover en række tredjeparter til opbevaring og behandling af data. Det gør vi for at optimere sikkerheden og generel kontrol af dine data. Disse behandler udelukkende oplysninger på vores vegne til udbetaling af løn og afsendelse af faktura.
Videregivelse af personoplysninger som navn og e-mail m.v. vil kun ske, hvis du giver samtykke til det. Vi anvender kun data behandlere i EU som kan give dine oplysninger en tilstrækkelig beskyttelse.
• INDSIGT OG KLAGER.
Du har til enhver tid ret til at få oplyst, hvilke personoplysninger vi har indsamlet om dig samt til, hvilket formål de anvendes. Du kan desuden til enhver tid gøre indsigelse mod, at oplysninger anvendes. Du kan også tilbagekalde dit samtykke til, at der bliver behandlet oplysninger om dig. Hvis de oplysninger der behandles om dig er forkerte, så har du ret til, at de bliver rettet eller slettet. Henvendelse herom kan ske til info@dintjener.dk. Information about the type of personal data we collect.
A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location. To the extent that you expressly consent to us doing so. We also, from employees collect, name, telephone number, e-mail, address, position type, job title and payment details. This will typically be in connection with confirming further employment.

• THE PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTING DATA
The information is used to identify you as a user. Both as an employee and client. In addition, we use the information to provide the services you have requested, such as billing our clients and employee’s salary. In general, you can trust that we use all information to make your experience as good and personal as possible every time you are in either digital or personal contact with DinTjener GRUPPEN APS.
• LENGTH OF TIME INFO IS KEPT
The information is kept for the time allowed by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. I.e. employee information is kept up to 4 weeks subsequent employment.
• DISCLOSURE OG INFORMATION
Data about your use of the website, your interaction with ads, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc., are disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. We don’t use cookies.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. We do this in order to optimise the safety and overall control of your data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.
The transfer of personal data as name and e-mail, etc. will only be done if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU.
Insights and complaints.
You have the right at any time to inquire about what personal data we have collected concerning you and for which purpose it is used. You may also object to the use of information at any time. You may also revoke your consent for any information about you to be processed. If the information being processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to be corrected or deleted.
